Smoothie

A cold, creamy smoothie, blended to order right here at the spa. It is a lovely way to refuel after the thermal circuit.

• Pick your flavour: Strawberry Protein Frappe or Samouraï (fruit)
• Made with regular milk. Oat or almond milk is $1 more.
• Add a scoop of protein powder for $3 more.
• Served in a 16 oz cup with a bamboo straw
• You can also ask a spa concierge on the day.
• Enjoy between rounds at the Nordic Spa, in the rest areas. Please keep food away from the pools and plunge.

Allergens: our smoothies contain soy and cashew. Almond milk is a tree nut and regular milk contains milk. Please tell us about any allergies before we blend.

Price is per smoothie, plus HST.

Pre-order for your Nordic Spa visit. Add your spa date and time in the order note at checkout. We will have it ready when you arrive.
