Signature Shale Ridge Tour
- $75 per person. This price includes tax and tip. You pay nothing more.
- For 6 to 12 guests.
- A 1 hour guided tour of our vineyard.
- Each guest does a blind tasting of a wine or cider flight in our Barrel Room.
- Your group shares a small board of food pairings made for your blind tasting.
- Take home all your favourites. Our case specials are just for private tours.
When
- Most weeks, Thursday to Sunday. Days change by season. See our hours.
- Start times are about 12 PM or 4 PM. On Saturday, about 11 AM or 3 PM.
- From November 1 to December 20, we are open Friday to Sunday only.
- We do not take bookings from December 21, 2026 to February 12, 2027.
- We reopen Family Day weekend, February 13, 2027.
Don't see a time that works? We can plan around you. Just ask at least 7 days ahead. Ask for a time.
Saturday from 1 to 4 PM is the busiest time in our restaurant. Some times on Saturday depend on our team being free.
Not drinking? We have drinks with no alcohol, too.

Make a day of it
Want to stay longer after your tour? Book a table upstairs in our Tasting Room and restaurant. Book a table. This is a separate booking.
You can also add a 3 hour thermal journey at our Nordic Spa. Book the spa. This is a separate booking, too.
Cancellation policy
- Cancel or change 7 days or more before your tour: you get a full refund.
- Cancel within 7 days of your tour: your refund comes as a Shale Ridge gift card. You can use it online or here at Shale Ridge.
- If you do not show up, you lose what you paid.
- To cancel or change, use the link in your confirmation email.
