Raising money for your school, team, club or cause? Shale Ridge is proud to support local groups with a simple fundraiser your supporters will actually enjoy. Your group shares our locally crafted products with family and friends, and earns up to 35% back on every sale.
Who can apply
Local groups of all kinds, including:
- Schools and parent councils
- Nurseries and daycares
- Sports teams and clubs
- Churches and faith groups
- Service clubs
- Registered charities
- Other community groups and causes
The person applying must be 19 or older.

Fill out the application form below. You will get a thank-you email right away with our Fundraising Package.

We will reply within 2 business days.
Get your welcome kit
Approved groups receive a kit with your own discount code, a shop link, your campaign dates, the Fundraising Package, a paper order form, ready-made social posts and the Fundraiser Rules.
Run your campaign
Supporters can order on paper through your group, or online at shaleridge.ca with your group's code.
Send one final order
Your group collects payment from supporters on the paper order forms. Then email your one final order to sales@shaleridge.ca.
Earn your commission
We add the online orders placed with your code to your paper order total, and apply your commission as a discount on your group's final invoice.
Pick up and pay
Pick up your group's order and pay your final invoice at pickup. Ask us if your group can get delivery.

Your commission is based on your group's combined sales total (paper orders plus online orders with your code):

Fundraiser Rules
By applying, you agree to the following:
- The person applying, and the group's main contact, must be 19 or older.
- Each application is reviewed, and Shale Ridge will reply within 2 business days. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
- Each approved group receives one discount code, valid only for its campaign dates.
- Your exact start and end dates are in your welcome kit.
- Paper orders must be written on the official Shale Ridge order form. Your group collects payment from supporters (cash, e-transfer or cheque) and is responsible for those funds.
- Your group sends Shale Ridge one final order at the end of the campaign, by email to sales@shaleridge.ca.
- Online orders placed with your code count toward your group's sales total.
- Your commission is a percentage off your group's overall total sales.
- Commission is paid as a discount on your group's final invoice.
- Commission tiers: 25% up to $2,999, 30% from $3,000 to $4,000, and 35% over $4,000.
- Your final invoice is due when you pick up your order. Ask us about delivery and if your group is eligible.
