Zesty Pickles

Our Zesty Pickles start with cucumbers and onions grown on our family farm, sliced and packed by hand in our kitchen at Shale Ridge. We make them in small batches with a tangy, lightly sweet brine and a blend of pickling spices, so every jar has a bright, zesty crunch.

Serve them alongside a charcuterie board, tuck them into a sandwich, or enjoy them straight from the jar.

Ingredients: Vinegar, cucumbers, onions, sugar, spices (including mustard seed), salt, celery seed, ginger, turmeric.
