Refund policy
At Shale Ridge Estate Winery, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Alcohol Sales
Due to provincial regulations and the nature of the product, all alcoholic beverage sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may apply in cases where products arrive damaged or defective.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
Apparel Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on apparel items. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, apparel items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- Returned with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Your order is defective
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Alcoholic beverages
- Personal care and beauty products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to complete a return for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card provider.
