Pinsa Night Gift Box

A pinsa night at home, inspired by the boards we serve on the estate. Serve your pinsa on the Shale Ridge charcuterie board with a spoonful of our house-made Peach Salsa, then pour a glass of 2024 Ridge Red to go with it. A take-home recipe card is included so you can recreate it in your own kitchen. For the full experience, add our carbon steel griddle, which gives your pinsa a crisp, golden base every time.

What’s inside:

• Shale Ridge charcuterie board
• 2024 Ridge Red
• Peach Salsa
• Fresh Shale Ridge apple
• Take-home recipe card

Make it complete: add the carbon steel griddle for $180 + HST.
