Pickled Beets

Our Pickled Beets are made in-house with beets grown on our family farm, cooked and packed by hand in our kitchen at Shale Ridge. We pickle them in small batches in a sweet and tangy brine warmed with cinnamon and cloves, which gives every jar a gentle spiced flavour alongside the beets' natural earthiness.

Serve them on a charcuterie or cheese board, slice them into a salad with goat cheese and walnuts, or enjoy them as a classic side with roasted meats.

Ingredients: Beets, vinegar, water, sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves.
