Peach Salsa

Our Peach Salsa brings together peaches, red peppers and onions from our family farm, simmered in our kitchen at Shale Ridge with cider vinegar, brown sugar, ginger and a touch of heat. The result is a sweet and gently spicy salsa that tastes like late summer in Lambton County.

Enjoy it with tortilla chips, spoon it over grilled chicken or fish, or add it to a cheese board for a fresh, fruity contrast.
