Candied Walnuts

Our Candied Walnuts are made by hand in small batches in our kitchen at Shale Ridge. We toss whole walnuts in sugar and a splash of our own Shale Ridge Apple Water, then finish them with a pinch of salt for a crisp, golden coating that balances sweet and savoury in every bite. Scatter them over a salad, add them to a cheese or charcuterie board, or keep a jar nearby for snacking with a glass of wine.
