Having the entire facility to ourselves made the experience feel incredibly special and intimate. The design is incredibly thoughtful, from instant hot water dispensers at every sink for tea to the cozy hanging egg chairs that were such a hit with everyone. The views from the spa were stunning, and we spent hours in the large infinity hot tub. The sauna and steam room are truly world class. The 3-Hour Thermal Journey may be booked up to 30 days in advance. You may cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.
Yes, absolutely. Unlike standard commercial spas, we are not open to the public for walk-ins. We have intentionally chosen these reservation models to ensure our guests enjoy a deeper, more immersive experience of relaxation.
Cancellation policies vary by experience.
The Entire Home & Nordic Spa:
Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival are eligible for a 100% refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund.
Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. Policies also appear at checkout and in your confirmation email.

No. Our rates are a flat-fee for the Entire Home & Nordic Spa package. Whether you book for 1 guest or 10, the price remains the same to ensure your group has total exclusivity.
When reserving this package, the entire property remains private to you for the duration of your stay.
