Reservations & Seating

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

For 1–8 guests, please email info@shaleridgeestatewinery.com at least 48 hours in advance. For 9+ guests, please give 7 days notice. Full details are shown during booking.

Can I choose my seating?

Yes, pick Indoor Harvest, Indoor Swing, Outdoor Swing (May–Oct), or Outdoor Picnic (May–Oct) when you book. If an option isn’t shown, it’s fully booked. Outdoor seating is weather-dependent; we’ll offer a comparable indoor table if needed.

Can I request a specific table or location?

We can’t guarantee exact tables, but we’ll seat you thoughtfully based on your selection and party size.

Do you accept walk-ins?

When space allows, yes—but we recommend booking ahead (swing tables fill 2–3 weeks out on peak days).

Under 19 or not drinking?

Welcome to join; we offer non-alcoholic options.

Dogs?

Outdoors only, on leash. Please clean up after your pet.

Dietary needs / gluten-free?

All wine and cider are naturally gluten-free. We offer gluten-free pinsa & charcuterie options; our kitchen handles gluten, so trace contact may occur. Please tell your server any allergies.

Do you offer wholesale sales? Who should I contact?

Of course! We do offer wholesale discounts for our licensees. Please contact sales@shaleridge.ca to learn more.

Do you collaborate with organizations for fundraising?

Yes, we do. Here you will find all the information about our fundraising packages. If you have any questions, please email sales@shaleridge.ca.

Groups & Events

Can we book 9+ without a package?

Yes, you can reserve multiple standard tables (up to 8 per table). We’ll try to seat them near each other, but adjacency isn’t guaranteed. For hosted group packages, see Reserve a Tasting (9+).

Ontario-wide delivery with flat-rate options; local pickup available during open hours. We may hold shipments during extreme heat/cold.
