Note: Outdoor seating is available from May through October. In case of poor weather, we’ll do our best to honour your selection or offer a comparable indoor table.

For parties larger than online booking allows, please choose one of the following options:

1. Complete our Large Group Reservations form. Our team will then reach out to assist with your booking.

2. Book separate tables/reservations online. Please note that we cannot guarantee seating together, and tables cannot be moved or combined.

What to expect

Check-in: Visit our indoor host stand and we’ll guide you to your table.

Personal service: We’ll introduce our farm-to-glass wines & ciders and walk you through tastings and culinary choices. Order from your table—relax, we’ll take care of the rest.

Food to pair: Charcuterie and artisanal pinsas designed for sharing.

Timing: Tastings run 90 minutes to 2 hours—plenty of time to sip and savour.

Guests of all kinds: Under-19s are welcome (non-alcoholic options available). Dogs are welcome outdoors on a leash.

Getting here: Ride-share is limited in our area—please plan transportation in advance.

Seeing fewer options? If a table type isn’t shown, it’s fully booked for that time.

Someone in my party doesn’t drink / is under 19—can they come?

Absolutely. Under-19s are welcome (no alcohol service), and we offer non-alcoholic choices.

I have a coupon (free flight / BOGO). How do I redeem it?

Show your coupon to your server at the start of your experience.

Payment error when booking—what should I try?

Double-check the postal code tied to your card, available funds, or contact your bank. Then try again.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes—outdoors only, on leash. Please clean up after your dog.

Cancellations & changes

We understand that plans can change.

Cancellation policies vary by experience. Most cancellations can be made through the link in your confirmation email, and modifications can be made by sending us a message at info@shaleridge.ca or calling us at (519) 280-9752.

No-shows and cancellations after this time will forfeit your payment. Modifications may also forfeit payment.

pre-paid group packages:

If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you cancel within 7 days of your reservation, your refund will be issued as a Shale Ridge gift card.
You can use the gift card for our products, both online and in-house, as well as for our dining experience.

Swing Table Experiences:

Swing Table fees are non-refundable but remain valid as credit for any future reservation.
